Faulty LED drivers present challenges for distributors and installers during the replacement process, requiring precise matching of input and output parameters with existing drivers. New drivers also need to be tuned by physically connecting them to programming tools, before commissioning them to a new site. To overcome these hurdles, the customer collaborated with Softdel to develop a mobile application that automatically identified replacement drivers and seamlessly tuned them to the appropriate configurations, ensuring faster turnarounds with utmost convenience.
